Harbor Fest is a day-long street festival that celebrates the nautical and fishing culture of Cape May's historic harbor. The scallop cook-off is a big draw, so be sure to sample some marvelous mollusks before washing them down in the beer garden. This kid-friendly event will include nature programs, arts & crafts, live music and kayaking.
