In-Heat Wheat Hefeweizen will add sparkle to a citrusy beef tartar, barbecue shrimp and scallop kabobs will taste divine between sips of Doggy Style Classic Pale Ale and Double Dog Double Pale Ale will soften the kick of a chicken fra diavlo. Even dessert gets a brew: Oreo chocolate mousse is topped with a Belgian liqueur whipped cream, ready to be washed down with a Gonzo Imperial Porter.
