Drink Philly appeared on the Talk Philly show on CBS Philly and talked about our upcoming one year anniversary First Friday event.
We'll be showing you some previews of what to expect from our upcoming one year First Friday anniversary. Three delicious sliders from Khyber Pass Pub will be presented, as well as a delicious cocktail featuring Philadelphia Distilling's new XXX Shine White Whiskey!
The recipe has been designed for Alex's Lemonade Stand, and as such uses fresh citrus.
Lemon Moonshine Margaritas
1.5oz. XXX Shine White Whiskey
1 oz. orange liqueur
1 oz. simple syrup or agave nectar
Juice from half a lemon, lime, or orange.
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake vigorously. Strain over ice or serve up.
Garnish with citrus of your liking. Salted rim is optional.
