Buckets Margarita Bar Is the Place to Be This Summer in Stone Harbor
With summer in full-swing, there are few things more exciting than new bar openings down the Shore. Especially when those bars come packed with fully-loaded and by the bucket drinks.
Stone Harbor’s newest spot comes by way of Buckets Margarita Bar & Cantina, a Mexican eatery and cocktail bar serving up fun,
There’s an accompanying menu of Mexican eats, tacos, dips, chips, and more, but this spot is on our radar for its totally unique drink list. Along with a draft and wine list, Buckets has a sprawling list of margaritas which includes a customizable margarita bar and specialty varieties like cucumber jalapeno, peaches-n-cream, and watermelon mint, served frozen or on the rocks.
There’s also a smoothie bar with blended cocktails like the classic daiquiri, mudslide, and the specialty Stone Harbor Vice, which blends a pina colada with a strawberry daiquiri before topping the whole thing with a rum floater.
If frozen drinks aren’t your thing, there’s a list of rum drinks, including a house-made rum punch, mojito, and the Stone Harbor caipirinha, which mixes Bacardi dragon berry rum with Chambord and a blood orange puree. Then there’s the lemonade bar with each drink featuring vodka blended with different liqueurs, juices, and fresh ingredients. Each drink comes in a regular-sized cocktail or by the bucket-- because, why not.
Shore goers can check out the daily list of specials including Taco Tuesdays, Margarita Mondays and, of course, the legendary Shore tradition, No Shower Happy Hour, running from 2 to 5 PM every day and featuring $2 Miller Light drafts and $5 Bacardi cocktails. It all comes together with outdoor seating right on the bay. What could be better than kicking back with a cocktail and watching a great Shore sunset?
