Through his work with the Beatles, Sir George Martin has assumed the status of a living legend. Though most know at least a little about his role as the Fab Four’s producer, arranger and mentor, many have no clue that he’s also a hell of a host, and can mix a killer martini.

Check out this recently unearthed video of Martin excerpted from a 2011 BBC profile where he walks and talks viewers through the basic steps of mixing a perfect martini.
