Rittenhouse Row Chefs to Host Four-Night Culinary Collective Dining Series, Aug. 4 - 7

Top Chef champ and Rittenhouse Row board member Kevin Sbraga and Young Advisory Board member Danielle DelRe who works for Starr Restaurants are teaming up with a handful of other Center City chefs and restaurateurs to present Rittenhouse Row’s first-ever Culinary Collective, a four-night series of dining events and specials designed to highlight the Rittenhouse Neighborhood's wealth of culinary talent. It kicks off on Monday, August 4 and runs through Thursday, August 7.

Over the course of the four nights, Sbraga will offer guests a special “Taste of the Jersey Shore” prix fixe menu at his eponymous Broad Street restaurant. The dinners will include dishes like Chilled Cape May Salt oysters; sweet Jersey corn; grilled NY Strip steak; Boardwalk fries; and more for $80 per person. There’s also an optional beverage pairing available for an additional $40.

Other highlights include a tribute to San Sebastian, Spain’s at Bar Nestor at Tinto on Thursday, August 7; a special sneak preview of Vedge owners Rich Landau and Kate Jacoby’s forthcoming V Street at Cook on August 4; a National Oyster Day dinner at Oyster House on Tuesday, August 5; and a three night Le Bec Fin pop-up at Crow & the Pitcher with Chef Georges Perrier.
