Zombietini on the Rocks
This spooky twist on an appletini is both colorful and delicious.
1 oz vodka
1 oz peach schnapps
1 oz sour apple schnapps
1 oz sweet and sour mix
sugar and food coloring for rim
Mix food coloring and sugar on a plate. Dampen rim of rocks glass with a lemon wedge. Fill glass with ice and set aside.
Pour all liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Shake well and pour into ice-filled rocks glass.
