(11 of 14) This cocktail prepared during the Caorunn gin tasting at Tales of the Cocktail was created by Kirk Estopinal from the Cure in New Orleans.
It's called the Sassy File and made from 2 oz. Caorunn gun and 1/4 oz. Sassafras tea syrup, and garnished with a lemon peel and cold poached shrimp.
