Fill each jar with bourbon until it reaches the top. Take note - Esmon emphasizes not to wuss out on the alcohol content of your bourbon. As mentioned, the vanilla and tea can have strong personalities and can overpower the spices when used in excess. They will steep separately so that you can adjust each flavor to your palette after the infusion.
