Local Beer Groups Collide for Epic Anniversary Bar Crawl, June 13

Join the Beer for Babes- Barley’s Angels as they celebrate their fifth anniversary alongside Barley Legal Homebrew on Saturday, June 13 at 1 PM.
Beer for Babes is New Jersey’s all-women beer organization, affiliated with the national group Barley’s Angels, that promotes beer education and appreciation amongst industry and non-industry women in the state. They’ve teamed up with Barley Legal Homebrewers-- the local homebrew club that has produced heavy-hitting breweries like Spellbound Brewing, Village Idiot Brewing Company and newcomer Third State Brewing-- for an epic trip up Haddon Twp.’s Haddon Ave to celebrate five fantastic years of craft beer bonding.
The crawl stops at local institutions like The Irish Mile, Brewers Tavern, and Treno -- which is known more for its truly killer pizza, but also features a full-Jersey tap list-- to sip and sample a variety of beers. All the bars are within walking distance of each other, and each bar plans to feature a special New Jersey beer for the occasion.
The night ends at Keg & Kitchen with an unofficial afterparty. All bars are easily accessible by Patco, stopping at the Westmont stop. This is an open event, for all interested in craft beer or homebrewing.
